The water wing vest features a neoprene body and soft sleeves with strategically sewn foam floats on the arms and shoulders for optimal buoyancy and ease of movement. The vest has a zipper on the back and a tab to keep it in place so little ones can't remove the vest from the pool. The sleeves help prevent the jacket from riding up around the neck. Please note: The vest is an aid and should not be worn without adult supervision.
How to use:
1:Tightly fasten the water wings vest, the zipper should be located on the back, make sure the velcro tab is secured over the zipper.
2: The child must enter the water with the help of a competent adult swimmer who has his hands in his hand.
3: Once in the water, the child should be assisted until he becomes familiar and can control the reliability himself; the adult should remain within arm's reach at all times. With the water level across the shoulders and his chin above the water, the child must be able to control reliability while kicking while continually supported.
4: Encourage the child to kick in the water and move one arm in front of the other; the child should not stand still in the water, the movement of the arms and legs is essential.
